I'm Ryan. I sell floors and I build AI systems, and doing both at once is the whole advantage.

I've spent over a decade inside the trades watching great businesses lose money to bad systems. Five years as a home inspector, helping my dad build his franchise and working with realtors, contractors, and pest companies every single week. I was never just the inspector. I was the business development and tech guy: running 360 cameras and DocuSketch, automating our emails, building and running our Google Business page. The inefficiencies in that business are what made me obsessed with automation in the first place.

Then came five years in roofing sales on wind and hail claims, where I saw the other side of the problem: constant rep turnover, pipelines that died when someone quit, past customers nobody ever called again, and paperwork scattered across trucks and inboxes.

Today I run field sales at Artisent Floors in Charlotte: walking units, measuring floors, quoting jobs, closing them. In my first full month I won NTG Champion, the "New to the Game" award for the company's top new account manager, with seven new accounts. Fastest anyone's done it. Then I won it again inside my first four months.

Along the way I built AI to fix my own problems first. Voice-driven quoting from the truck. Automated end-of-day closeouts. Systems that catch the calls I physically can't take because I'm standing on a job site. Everything AID Marketing Agency sells, I run on my own work every single day. That's the difference between an agency that read about AI and a guy who bets his commission checks on it.

AID is my agency for contractors, realtors, property managers, and local service businesses that want the same machine: AI speed-to-lead, missed-call recovery, follow-up automation, and showing up where customers actually search now, including when they ask ChatGPT who to hire.

Off the clock I'm a Charlotte-based boy dad: jiu jitsu, beach weekends, and whatever my boys are into this month. I was raised in South Jersey, which means the Eagles aren't a preference, they're a birthright. Go Birds.
